Perry Hill

Infield Coach Seattle Mariners

Perry is starting his 39th season as a professional Infield Coach, and his seventh season with the Mariners. He has coached at the Major League level for the Expos, Tigers, Pirates, and Marlins. He created the 6F System of Infield Play in 1976 and his infielders have won a record 10 Gold Glove Awards using the 6F system.
 

Specialties: All aspects of Infield Play.

Juan Nieves

Assistant Pitching Coach, Detroit Tigers

Juan broke into he Big Leagues as a starting pitcher with the Milwaukee Brewers in 1986. He pitched a complete game no hitter agains the Baltimore Orioles in 1987. Juan has been a Pitching Coach at the Major League level for the White Sox, Red Sox, Marlins, and is in his fourth season with the Tigers.

Specialties: Movement Based Pitching Progressions to develop individual technique and athleticism.

Joe Espinosa

Private Hitting Instructor Espinosa Baseball Training Facility and Director of Player Development Yale University

Joe has provided individual hitting instruction to players of all levels for over thirty years. Many of his students are currently excelling at the collegiate level and professional level. Joe enters his fourth year as Player Development Director at Yale University.

Specialties: A simple and individualized approach to swing development, situational hitting, relaxation and focus.

Jeff Smith

Director of Catcher and Manager Development, Tamp Bay Rays

Jeff caught in the Minor Leagues for ten seasons before coaching and managing with the Twins organizations for 22 years., including two seasons at the MLB level. He also amassed 1,000 wins as a Minor League manager. He was the Catching Coordinator for the Rays organization for three years before earning his new promotion this off-season.

Specialties: Simplified and concise drill progressions for Catchers at any level of the game.

Dave Jauss

Senior Advisor, Washington Nationals

Dave’s long and storied career in Profession Baseball includes stints as Manager, First Base Coach, Bench Coach, Director of Player Development, Field Coordinator, and Advance Scout. In addition to the Nationals, Dave has worked for the Expos, Red Sos, Dodgers, Orioles, Pirates, and Yankees organization. Dave is committed to growing the game of Baseball and helping coaches and managers develop Leadership Skills that positively impact player’s careers and lives.

Chuck Giordano

Movement & Performance

A licensed physical therapist and strength coach, Chuck helps athletes build strong, mobile, injury-resistant bodies designed to last through high-level competition.

Dave Wallace

Former Major League Pitching Coach and Front Office Executive

Dave’s longevity and success as a Pitching Coach is legendary. Dave is credited with the development as such stars as Pedro Martinez, Ramon Martinez, Darren Dreifort, Hideo Nomo, Chan Ho Park, Ismael Valdez, John Wettland, and Orel Hershiser. Dave was the Pitching Coach for the United States Olympic team, winning a Silver Medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Specialties: Long Term Individualized Pitching Development, Pitch Design and Strategy, Arm Health.
